After all the time and $$ spent on the Master Plan for Castroville, why didn't we just listen to STEVE YNDO who spoke to the Castroville Chamber in June of 2007 about the costs of doing a SMART GROWTH plan ourselves for around $1000.00??

And Mr. Yndo wasn't the only person who spoke to the citizens of Castroville and said it could be done for less!
